How does the application process work?
Simply fill out our online application, read and sign the Ethibiz Pledge.
You will be asked for basic company information that describes your product and service and provides us with your contact information. Don't worry, your information is safe and will not be shared or sold to a third party.
Your application form will be processed and you will be notified once your application has been approved. This is a manual process that may take between 48 - 72 hours to complete so please bear with us. If we need further clarification we will contact you, please do not call the office checking on your status of your application as this creates more work for our admin team.
Successful applicants will be sent a link where you can download your Ethibiz Seal that you can place on your websites, or add to your marketing materials. You can also purchase for a nominal handling fee a custom certificate which can be framed and displayed for your clients to see.
If you own a website, we ask that you provide a reciprocal link back to our website to help share our Ethibiz Vision and Pledge with others. We will provide you with coding that can easily be added into your website displaying the ethibiz logo that matches your site best.
Is there a fee involved?
You can participate in the Ethibiz program free of charge. If you take the pledge once your application is apporved you will recieve one of our ethibiz seals free of charge. If you wish to receive a custom Ethibiz Certificate with your company details there is a $14.95 admin fee which includes printing and postage.

We will provide the Ethibiz Seal to organizations that have signed the Ethibiz pledge. This, in essence, serves as their global declaration that they stand behind their work and have built an organization based on a strong foundation of ethical values.
It should be noted that we DO NOT have the resources to police every business owner who signs our pledge and displays the Ethibiz logo. That being said, if you see the Ethibiz Seal on a website, please ensure you still ask the business owner for any necessary agreements in writing, guarantees, and work deadlines signed with your service provider. This will ensure you are protected in the event they fail to deliver on given promises. We hope this will not be a situation you will ever experience when working with one of our members. However, we are human, and therefore fallible, so it’s possible that someone may slip under our radar.
While in 99 percent of the cases, our Ethibiz seal will be an earned, it is not a carte blanche seal of approval that a business is still going to do the right thing. This is why your feedback is welcomed — we want to hear of the positive experiences too so please keep in touch. If you know of any reason as to why a business displaying the Ethibiz Seal is undeserving, let us know and we will examine the situation more closely, and if necessary, remove the company from our program.
