Ashley Lewis, a seasoned business coach and CEO of Strategic Trans4mations, a business development company based in Virginia, founded Ethibiz when she saw an alarming increase in the number of consumers, and business owners alike, adversely affected by poor business practices. In some cases the need for personal gain seems to override any desire to follow basic ethical conduct.

Fortunately, these individuals still account for only a very small percentage of the business community, as a whole. There are many honest, hard-working professionals, who behave in a responsible way and strive to do the right thing by their clients and fellow peers.

At Ethibiz we belive it's time for business owners who share similar values (and actively practice a solid code of conduct within their business, not simply talk about it), to unite. Our vision is to build a thriving, global community with others who embrace the core values of the Ethibiz Pledge, who can come together for support, discuss best business practices and share referrals.
